More than half a century of excellence
For more than 50 years, we’ve been developing beautiful homes in the Cayman Islands… but there’s more to the Heritage Holdings Group of Companies than stunning waterfront views and high-end living.

Family Values
Family values really are in our DNA: John Burke brought Invicta Construction Ltd to the Cayman Islands in 1971. His company was behind several notable community-focused developments, including Countryside Shopping Village and The Shores. These days, Invicta is called Heritage Holdings, and you’ll find the next generation of the Burke clan at the helm of the three businesses in the group – all independent entities but bound together by a shared commitment to high standards, responsibility, and professionalism, creating a legacy of quality.
From concept to construction, we do it all
Established at the turn of the century, SureBuilt and are a one-stop shop for design and construction for clients across the Caymans. SureBuilt work alongside individuals and companies but also come together with Heritage Holdings to produce premium-quality developments including Diamond’s Edge, 61 West, and the much-anticipated Salt Air Townhomes.

The practicalities of construction are also very much part of the family: Slimlines was established in 2021 and bring together the existing equipment rental company with an asphalt provider.

Invicta Construction Ltd. Established
The origins of Heritage Holdings began when John Burke established Invicta Construction Ltd., setting the foundation for a legacy of local development.
Town Hall Crescent Built
Now known as Boltins Avenue, this early subdivision marked the company’s commitment to enabling homeownership for Caymanians through accessible owner financing.
Coral Gables Subdivision Developed
Continuing in West Bay, Coral Gables expanded the residential footprint with similar financing support.
Universal Equipment (Cayman) Ltd. Launched
Established to support the growing demands of development with in-house equipment solutions.
Crystal Valley Subdivision Completed
Located in West Bay, this marked another community-focused project supporting local families.
Bonneville Glades Introduced
With ongoing owner financing options, this subdivision reinforced the group's long-term focus on local homeownership.
Portland Road Industrial Park Initiated
Developed in partnership with Albert Anderson Snr., expanding into industrial infrastructure.
The Shores Waterfront Development Begins
A landmark moment with canal systems and infrastructure development that set the tone for future waterfront communities.
The Shores First Home Built
The first residence within The Shores is completed.
Bristol Manor Subdivision Launched
Situated near Garston Smith Drive, this residential community continued to support Caymanian buyers.
Portland Road Industrial Park Expands
Final Phase of The Shores Completed
