The development is set back from the ironshore behind a constructed seawall, requiring careful coordination between structural works, external hardscaping, and boundary interfaces.
Construction was carried out in close proximity to neighbouring buildings and existing infrastructure, necessitating disciplined site management, controlled access, and precise sequencing throughout the build. The ironshore setting informed both construction methodology and material selection, ensuring the completed development performs reliably within its exposed ironshore setting while maintaining durability over time.
