Universal Warehouse Park is conveniently located in the heart of Industrial Park. This facility gives you the flexibility to consolidate office, workshop and storage. We also specialize in providing secure and efficient document archiving facilities.

As with all of our properties we provide 24 hour security surveillance, dusk to dawn lighting and professional management to ensure peace of mind.  Furthermore, our warehouses are constructed with 8” block partition walls and are rated for 150MPH wind speed. In addition to being 6.5 ft above sea level, our warehouses have 22’ high ceilings and enough parking to maneuver containers for easy loading and offloading.  Select units have 14ft rolling doors located at the front and rear of unit for additional convenience.
